Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts in retail and events division, specifically customer acquisition and customer retention
• Work as a Brand Ambassador, day-to-day working with customers face to face at local venues
• Upsell, cross sell, and trouble products and services
• Territory management
• Tracking data to evaluate market trends to communicate with campaign team including sales managers, team leaders, and client success.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in retail, events, event management, brand ambassador work, account management, or related field.
• Prior experience as a Brand Ambassador is a plus
• Experience with salesforce or other CRM
• High school diploma required
• Drivers license required
