This role is responsible for overseeing program operations, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality, responsive crisis services across the community.You’ll play a key leadership role—managing program performance, supporting clinical staff, and building partnerships with community providers. This is a hands-on leadership position that combines team management, program development, and direct involvement in service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & OperationsLead and oversee daily operations of the Mobile Crisis Response programSupervise Program Coordinators and direct service staffEnsure compliance with all program standards, contracts, and agency policiesSupport program development and expansion of servicesStaff Supervision & DevelopmentProvide leadership, coaching, and supervision to Program Coordinators and team membersLead team meetings and provide ongoing training and supportParticipate in hiring, performance management, and staff developmentCommunity Engagement & PartnershipsBuild and maintain relationships with community providers and stakeholdersSupport outreach efforts and community presentationsDevelop and maintain resource networks for youth and familiesService Delivery & OversightOversee scheduling and coordination of crisis response services (daytime and after-hours)Participate in on-call rotation for crisis consultation (evenings/weekends)Ensure accurate documentation, billing, and reporting across the teamQualificationsMaster’s degree in Social Work, CounselingActive clinical license required (LCSW or LCPC)Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experienceStrong leadership and team management skillsExperience working with youth and families in crisis settings preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAdditional RequirementsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordReliable transportationStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation systemsBenefitsHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife and Disability InsurancePaid Time Off (Vacation, Sick, Holidays)Retirement PlanEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Employee DiscountsWhy Join Aunt Martha’s?This is an opportunity to lead a critical, community-based program that directly impacts individuals and families in crisis.
