Our current opening is for a full-time, permanent IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 Hybrid WFH (MSP) paying $60k $70k with full benefits and a hybrid WFH schedule.
As an IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 Hybrid WFH (MSP), as the client-facing, go-to person for troubleshooting and backend administration issues. You'll work with top-tier technologies (Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Meraki, and M365). The IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 Hybrid WFH (MSP) should have experience with Windows Server, VMWare ESXi, Azure IaaS, M365, Duo and Sophos EDR. A strong understanding of Cloud-based environments and Modern Workplace tools are highly sought out, with AZ-104, Cisco, and Microsoft certifications being preferred.
