Interested in this role? We'd love to hear from you! About This Role We're Hiring: Junior UX Researcher (Remote) We’re Invesp, the leading conversion optimization agency in North America. We’ve run over 36,000 A/B tests and helped clients like eBay, 3M, and O’Reilly grow revenue. We’re looking for a Junior UX Researcher to help us understand how real users think, decide, and get stuck, and to turn those insights into experiments that move conversion. You’ll work closely with our Senior UX Researcher and support every stage of the research process, from planning studies to delivering findings. As you grow, you’ll lead your own research projects for client accounts. Our Values Every detail matters. What You'll Do Help run research: Conduct and take notes on user interviews, usability tests, and other research sessions. Analyze behavior: Design and analyze surveys and polls, and review heatmaps and session recordings to find patterns. Share insights: Upload findings to our internal research repository, and build reports and highlight reels for the team. Drive action: Turn findings into test ideas and open research questions for our optimization team. Collaborate: Work with strategists, designers, developers, and account managers to turn research into experiments. Grow: Learn best practices from our senior team, then lead your own projects. This role needs you available for internal and client meetings, mostly in North American and European time zones. Your core hours are 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday. Some meetings may fall outside that window (for example, 2-4 PM CST), and you’ll be expected to attend when needed. The rest of your schedule is flexible. This is a full-time, remote position.
