Clean Energy USA, part of the Schell Brothers family, has installed over 2,500 systems since 2007, making us Delaware’s premier provider. We work with both residential and commercial customers to install solar panels on new construction as well as established homes or businesses. Employee Benefits and Bonuses

• 1,000 bonus after 90 days (performance based)
• 1,500 additional bonus after 1 year of service (performance based)

Clear promotion path from Installer to Lead Installer to Field Supervisor Company‑paid training and NABCEP certification assistance (they pay up front and when they pass, they submit for reimbursement) Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times. Personable and polite, with excellent people skills. Devoted, positive attitude and a strong commitment to service.
