Waterproofing Helper

The PWC waterproofing team is on the hunt for new members, and no experience is needed – we'll teach you everything you need to know! Compensation hourly rate: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, with the starting rate determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors.

What you'll do:

• Follow our safety for life policies
• Apply waterproofing, air barrier, and crack injection products
• Work on lifts, ladders, and scaffolding
• Help out with general labor tasks

What you need:

• Strong work ethic: Punctual and reliable.
• Communication skills: Good communication and listening skills.
• Team player: Willingness to be an effective team member.
• Be at least 21 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Virginia driver's license with a good driving record
• Willing to take a drug test
